Negative: The entrance of the building had trash bins which hadn't been emptied out for a very long time and was always giving out foul smell and would make it very horrible to stand near the main door or the car parked infront of the house on the pavement.

Positive: Easy parking out the front Negative: The flat smelt of drains it was coming from the bathroom it was very strong overpowering. Also not very clean. Didn’t seem like the place had been cleaned since previous guests

The stay was really good the bed was comfortable Positive: The area was really quiet Negative: There was dust on the skating boards Rubbish in one of the cuboards The freezer didn’t really work out frozen food unfroze

Positive: comfortable, had everything you needed for a short stay, beds were very nice Negative: very barebones & minimal, lack of other accessories e.g. kitchen roll, curtains for kitchen/dining room so privacy is compromised a little

3day weekend Positive: Nice clean flat 10mins away from city centre, whole floor was clean not even dust anywhere beds clean and tidy, full kitchen with all the ammentites mugs, cups, glasses, even had tea bags coffee sugar, shower was amazing clean and tidy no issues whatso ever best part had a smart tv with youtube which was brilliant will be visiting again host was ever so helpful always at hand and professional Negative: Nothing to dis-like

I would never recommend speacialy on the fourt floor rooms. Positive: The location was good. Negative: I was staying with my family on the 4 floor and no lift. The room was extremely hot and we can’t sleep at night. The shower water was extremely hot and no cold water. I tried to contact the property owner and not respond on time.

It was manageable but wouldn’t ever go back Positive: The apartment needs to look at it’s comfort the single bed was literally sunk in at the feet side , the pans in cupboards were totally burnt out , overall the whole place had a dampness about it Negative: The fact that knowing we were coming as a family with small kids , we were put on the top floor and had to walk 3 flights of stairs , the single bed was broke , the pans are totally unusable burnt out ! Overall a lingering dampness in the apartment.

i regret it really bad it was absolutely AWFUL. Positive: nothing. Negative: everything. didn’t have proper facilities , street felt so unsafe , smelt like garlic the whole time , generally dirty , stunk as soon as we walked in for the first time , stains everywhere. DONT come here
