Non existent. Positive: Nothing. I did not stay there - see below. Negative: There is a fault with an electrical control panel. I reported this within 10 minutes of arriving to be told an engineer would be out within 30 minutes to fix. The fault was not fixed so I ended up staying elsewhere because the property was not safe and the continual beeping of the alarm was disturbing. I have requested a refund. The company claim to have fixed the fault but I have photo evidence to show it wasn’t. The company suggested I should have called again to report the fault. I did call again only to be told to call back the next day. Another customer has reviewed the property citing the same fault so the company were already aware before my stay.

Convenient but bring ear plugs Positive: Good location, good value for what it was. Easy to access Negative: An electrical alarm beeped every 5 seconds outside my door, and a fire alarm every 10 seconds. I raised this first thing in my first morning, and got no response. Apart from the concern about electrical safety, I had to wear ear plugs to sleep.
