Apartment fair but a little pricey Positive: Self catering, checkout time Negative: The actual building it's situated in, it's unkept, needs a revamp. Bathroom needs updating and flooring in the living/sleeping area needs attention. A little pricey due to these things

Cheap, but not Cheerful. Positive: Close location to our venue. Price was good. Accessible. Blow heater in room. Good parking. Quick response via phone line. Negative: Weed smell throughout building. Drunkards in building. Fast food waste clutter in building. Weak shower. Ripped bedsheets. Bathroom sink no plug. TV unable to adjust, cable just dangling. No smoke alarms. Party happening in neighbouring room, barely slept. A pigeon was in the building.

Positive: Cozyness quite place to stay best for the nights Negative: The fan was broken the tv remote was not working the boss did came try to fix it but it still didn’t worked and i was told he’ll adjust some kind of compensation and because of the tv remote not working we were bored

Nice stay ruined by the lack of forethought of heating and bedding. Positive: Great location and nice sized apartment. Clean and fresh. Negative: Absolutely freezing. Heating off on arrival, temperature close to freezing outside and the property was in the eaves of the roof. Summer duvet on bed. No extra bedding in property and no response to messages. Had to sleep under our jackets the first night and then buy our own blankets!

Positive: Property was in a good location. Access to decent wifi and Netflix was good. Easy to get into but warning that the lift was broken would be useful for some people as there were a few flights of stairs to walk up. Bed was comfy but not especially big. Heating worked well. Bathroom was nice apart from the shower. Negative: The shower didn’t have much water pressure. The heater inside the kitchen cupboard caused it to be very damp so condensation was collecting and causing a puddle of water in the kitchen and mould in the cupboard. This is where the kitchen pots and pans were kept so we didn’t want to use them. There was condensation on the windows the whole time and eventually the floor, which was lino started to feel damp as well.

Positive: room size and kitchen Negative: shower, taps, appliances, heating, cleanness. I booked it knowing kitchen is attached, so i got lot of foods to cover my breakfast, lunch and dinner, however refrigrator was not in working condition so had to throw lot of food (very disappointing) and due to this, i had to spent quite a good money to cover my meals for rest of my stay, shower & taps were not reliable, sometimes work fine, sometimes not.

A comfortable clean studio in a good location very convenient for the city centre. Positive: Clean, comfortable bed, very good bathroom, good kitchen. Location. Negative: A few items were missing which the owner has promised to supply for the next guests.
