Great, convenient place to stay. Positive: The location was great in the heart of Moseley. Accommodation was clean, warm and a good size with cooking facilities (microwave, hot plate and toaster. Nice quiet apartment at the rear of the property with a view of the garden. Not sure if there was a key for the patio doors which would be nice if staying in summer.

Positive: Spacious room with everything you need and garden access was a bonus. Heater in the room was great and kept the room warm. Negative: Some noise in the morning due to cleaners starting early but it was not too bad

Great location. Positive: Excellent location; on bus routes No 50 to Birmingham and Kings heath. Near shops, restaurants and pubs. Clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave and hot plate. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Big garden. Parking around the corner. Negative: Slightly noisy in the morning when cleaning is going on.

Enjoyed my stay here, great for the price! Positive: The place looks exactly like the picture. Although the central heating didn’t work for me, the fireplace heating in the room works wonders! Negative: Small insects running around., but wouldn’t say that’s the properties fault. It’s most likely due to having a big back garden.

Spacious room in an excellent location. Positive: Excellent location with plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away. Spacious room with everything needed for a short stay. Useful cupboard space for clothes and luggage and plenty of desk space if you need to work. Wifi was fine. Negative: The bed linen was perfectly clean but a little bit worn (and I would definitely always prefer 100% cotton). There also wasn't an 'armchair' type easy seat or sofa, although there would have been room for one.

Awful Experience, Noisy and Smoking occupants Positive: Convenient Location Negative: Small and impractical bathroom, smoking smells, bedsheets not clean, noisy night due to stairs and other rooms occupants movement, bathroom shower not working properly, no free parking as advertised.

Positive: Excellent place to stay very clean and comfortable

Comfortable & convenient stay Positive: Excellent location, large studio, good communication. Negative: Nothing really but if I was being fussy, a few sachets of long life milk would be good to compliment the tea, coffee & sugar which is already provided. Also, a large person would find it awkward to access the toilet because the front is very tighty situated facing the immovable glass of the walk-in shower (which itself is excellent). Free street parking is available in a nearby but it could be up to 300 yards away.

Very well equipped, great location, would recommend, but ask to make sure heating is switched on Positive: I liked how the accommodation offered your own kitchen and was very well equipped so that you could cook anything. The location is also great if you need to be near Moseley Hospital. There is also a supermarket nearby and a bus that runs every few mins to city centre right outside the accommodation. The host was on hand in the morning when I found that the TV remote's batteries were dead, and got me different ones, but they were also dead, so I didn't get to use the TV at all during my stay, and it was useless to message again late evening. Negative: In the stay instructions it says the heating is always on, and the radiators were set on the highest already, 5, but there wasn't any heating at all in my apartment, so I was very cold at night.
