Positive: Tolle Lage nach Mosley und zum Bus ins Zentrum. Negative: Alles etwas dunkel und eng. Die Matratze war so durchgelegen, dass wir nicht zu zweit darauf schlafen konnten.

Excellent Positive: I loved the location of the property , the apartment itself was specious and perfect for two guests , loved how there was mirrors all over the room,bathroom and the building. Negative: I don’t think there’s a access to the back garden but I may be wrong

Despite the listing stating that towels were available, there were none in the property on arrival. Although I received a quick response via the messaging service, there was no apology — and a simple “sorry” would have gone a long way. I was initially told someone would bring towels, but no timeframe was given. When I followed up, I was then informed they were already on the property and where to find them. Fortunately, I was able to locate them, but this wasn’t communicated clearly from the start and I was in a rush to get to work. Additionally, the listing mentioned basic toiletries, but only partially used, nearly empty bottles of shower gel and shampoo were provided, which felt unhygienic. It would be better to provide no toiletries at all than to leave used products for guests. Regarding parking, the listing mentioned nearby parking and referenced a specific street, but as a short-term traveller this was not clear or particularly helpful. I did call for assistance and someone tried to guide me, but ultimately it came down to finding a space in an area with varied and restrictive parking rules. Overall, while the price and location are positives, I didn’t feel particularly “taken care of,” which contrasts with how the property is presented in the listing. Clearer communication, better preparation, and more attention to guest experience would make a significant difference.

Super cosy and practical Positive: Quiet for being on a busy street, comfortable and well equipped Negative: I was on a tight schedule and the room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived at 15.00, but it’s really a minor inconvenience

Negative: Need more hygiene bedsheets, we noticed more hair on the duet and pillow. We used our own clothes spread across the bed and slept which was uncomfortable to do so and due to which it caused as skin irritations. And there was a leaking of water from the roof we click pictures and shared them with you. Hygiene is very important please maintain them since its a major essential thing, rest all was good.
