Decent flat Moseley village Positive: Location very close to Moseley village Negative: Flat on 3rd floor- no fans in flat - weather extremely hot, no bulb in lamp in one bedroom, ran out of toilet paper on Sunday

Ok but not deluxe Positive: Lovely big bath towels and a clean property Negative: Pillows had no give in them and created a really solid pillow Some blinds were screwed down or broken so the dining room and bedroom were dark the whole time. The second bedroom had a detached rose around the ceiling light. Not sure what happened with the shower curtains but they were clean but a mess.

Locatie bekeken en weer omgedraaid. Positive: Niets, foto’s lijken totaal niet op wat je aantreft. We zijn binnen geweest en gelijk weer weg gegaan en een hotel geboekt. We moesten er niet aan denken daar drie nachten te verblijven. Negative: Alles, het was zeer smoezelig, oud, vies en gaf ons een onveilig gevoel.

Fantastic stay for work!

This property came up on search, location was convenient. Exactly as described and in photos. So ver Positive: Easy convenient, just right for family of 6. Negative: Ummm it could have been better if basic cleaning items were provided like cloth spray, usually I bring my own so when I leave a place I enure it's nice and clean ready for next person or just easy to continue maintaining for the host, this time and in a mad rush I completely forgot so this was my only let down for this but again this is just my preference.

Negative: Building looks haunted, was on second floor, seems it was converted attic in to rooms from a century old house. What you pay is What you get.

Okay property Positive: The location, quiet and felt safe. Clean bedding!! Bus stop right outside the property the 50 takes you straight to bullring, so bonus even though not used it! Moseley village up the road! We only used the flat to sleep as we were out majority of time so didn't use facilities apart from bathroom. Would I stay again maybe maybe not, depends if they have made changes in terms of the cleanliness, water pressure and mattresses changed or if it was last resort! Any questions I asked were answered. Negative: I felt it was abit shabby and definitely could be cleaner, the bathroom was quite small and very odd layout! The mattress were very springy! One very main misleading information they put on booking.com is that it is free parking, NO IT IS NOT, you would expect the free parking to be right outside the property in the kind of drive or main pavement but no, I rang them up and was told to park on side Street which is about a minute walk depending if parking available and where parking available as Birmingham is a busy place. The parking outside the property on main road is restricted so can get a ticket anytime!!! Please rearrange your wording to "free parking nearby" I can see in previous reviews that people have mentioned that parking is not free and park nearby and am surprised for a company like Cadbury to not have changed their wording!! We were on the 2nd floor and the pressure of the water in bath was atrocious.. This really needs to be sorted!

Positive: Location was exactly what we were looking for, for a great price. Photos were spot on, easy access to property. Negative: Communication with hosts could've been better - was told I'd receive check-in instructions 9am day of check-in, received around 3pm after questioned, not a big deal just had us a little worried. Property had a funny smell upon entering, easily resolved opening all windows for a while.

Positive: The flat was a good size. The landlord was polite and did ask if we needed help with our bags Negative: The beds were really uncomfortable, and the blinds in the bedroom didn't really block any light out, so the rooms were always bright. It is so close to a main road so you hear constant traffic throughout the night and it's next to a bus stop so you can also hear all the noise from there plus, the sqeeking breaks of the buses. The shower wasn't great as it was not attached to the wall, and the bathroom was very small. Lastly, the description says fully equipped kitchen, however there is no oven.

It has everything you will need if you have an event in the area. Positive: Good enough size for our needs that weekend. Had everything we needed, and TV subscriptions, like Netflix. The hosts fixed an issue we had quickly. Negative: Uneven floors, I got light-headed in one particular location each time I walked over it. Crooked photos on the walls, that one is just personal preference, but it's the little details.

Felt Rigjt at Home!!! Positive: Great apartment! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 6. The location was convenient and quiet, and the host was super friendly and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend To stay here again.the location is nice and the staff are approachable. Positive: Extremely clean and smelled so fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was absolutely spot on with parking available. Is close by to shops and restaurants. Negative: Only one issue that I had was the shower pressure was awful, unfortunately.

This was my 3rd stay and it was excellent. Highly recommend! Positive: Everything. It was perfect! Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Just satisfying Positive: The rooms were spacious enough Negative: Facilities, kitchen items and ammunition were not neatly kept...the location was not very secure.

Perfect gem Positive: Easy to find in a convenient location. The flat was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Check in instructions were sent in advance and easy to follow. Brilliant property. Negative: The only issue we had was that the parking was inaccessible due to another guest parking completely across the two spaces that are there. Perhaps painting line to show how to park would stop this but I would expect most people park more considerately and that this doesn’t happen often!

Be ready to walk 2 steep flights of stairs to reach a soul less apartment & bring your milk for tea. Positive: The location is ok but the parking is tricky if you do not have a 4x4. You will need to park against traffic, facing a bus coming right at you, on an incline and even may have to climb on the pavement., depending on how skilled you will be. We were lucky, we had a 4x4 and we arrived at night, which meant low traffic. Had we not, I wonder how possible it would have been. The only advantage is its proximity to the good Tipu Sultan Majestic restaurant. The beds were comfortable. Negative: There was no way we could bring up our suitcases up the steep 2 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor room. We had to open the suitcases on the pavement, take what we needed for the night and then climb 34 steps to the top, loaded with our possessions. After a very long drive, it is not how we envisioned our stay. The second bad impressions were in the bathroom: the vent was so dirty, it has probably not been cleaned since the 19th century and the silicon sealant around the bathtub is black dirty. Not a good impression, unfortunately. It looks to us like the flat is only supervized by a distracted cleaner while the corporation is busy cashing in but does not care much about the flat itself. There is no caring eye overseeing the flat. It is a soulless flat.

Excellent. A returnee and hopefully back again. Positive: This was the second time we stayed here. Just as great as the first time. The host was excellent and very commincative. Perfect location. Comfy beds and great utilities. Will definitely be back again. Negative: Nothing, it was great.
