Unclean, limited bed for 5 people, rundown place Positive: Entertainment option was good. Good kitchen. Negative: House was full of dust and toilet window had damp. Rats in the garden. Parking was blocked by someone else. Toilet sit was moving. Kitchen hardly had any pots or pans. Sofa had so many dirty spots.

Good stay, room for improvement Positive: Couple mins walk to the nice area with all cafes, bars in Moseley. Large and clean, can't fault cleanliness. Negative: No blinds on windows in communal areas, only bedroom had blind for privacy. Workmen in garden when we arrived, garden not functional and no fence between neighbours but no mention when booking. Due to no blinds it felt extra exposed and kept finding sid gate open. Furniture and overall decor worn and not as well executed as photographs. Bit overpriced but the area seems to be like that.

A good clean flat but I wouldn't describe this as lavish. Positive: The location was very convenient for us and there was free parking nearby. Negative: Clearer parking spaces on site to avoid confusion.

Very clean and comfortable place. Location near city centre and lots of amenities. Positive: Keys were in a safe box which was easily accessible.

Overall this was an enjoyable stay with local shops and restaurants near by Positive: Spacious, with a garden, had all white goods and kettle / microwave Negative: No curtains on patio doors or in the window by the bathroom sink. Neighbours could look in. No iron supplied, but had ironing board !!!!! Door into bathroom needs oiling as squeaks and toilet seat needs replacing with a soft close one.

Positive: It was reasonably close to where we were going and it was comfortable Negative: Stained creased bedding, moldy washing machine, patches of paint all over the walls, only lynx shower gel. Upstairs apartment window directly above kitchen skylight

Positive: De grootte vh appartement, de aanwezigheid van oven, magnetron, redelijke pannen, de hygiëne. De parkeerplek voor de deur. De ligging aan de rustige kant vh huis. Het was geweldig! Negative: De verlichting is kil. Wit licht, geen sfeer lampen.

Really good value for money; a great one night stay for a friends’ get together. Positive: It was smart, easy to find and worked really well for a one night stay for a friends’ get together. Negative: The property sleeps 5 but there were only 4 chairs around the table. Also the Wi-Fi kept dropping out which meant our music kept stopping.
