On-site parking is free. Between each reservation, we perform a thorough cleaning that includes sanitising the kitchen appliances, doorknobs, taps, and handles. Welcome to our modern apartment, a perfect home away from home, situated in the heart of the Moseley. The apartment offers a comfortable and stylish open plan lounge, which comprises of a 5-person sofa bed (double) and a dining table for 4, making it an ideal space to relax and entertain guests. The lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones, whether it's binge-watching your favourite shows or having a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic essentials. We have provided some snacks to keep you energised and refreshed during your stay. Whether you are in the mood to whip up a quick breakfast or cook a fancy dinner, you will find all the necessary utensils and appliances in the kitchen. The bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. It features an award-winning memory foam mattress that sleeps 2, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Average. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to a friend. Positive: The location was great. 15 minute walk to Edgebaston cricket stadium and only 5 minutes to a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Negative: I had to park in a neighbouring street. It says free parking 2 seconds away but the 2 spaces were occupied all weekend. On entry the place stank of sweat. Found an air freshener though. Grout in bathroom was really grotty. Place had been nice one upon a time Couldn’t get normal to play but not a big deal. There was one pot a frying pan and a wooden spoon. A joke when cooking anything. Coffee had congealed in the canister see pic.

Positive: Easy online Check-in and good location of you want to stay in Moseley. Fully furnished kitchen. Negative: Nothing to complain about, but it’s also really nothing special.

Positive: Warm when you entered. Location is not bad. Negative: Bed was dirty with lot of debris. Sofa bed had so many old debris. Parking was bit risky

Nice, clean, comfortable but just needs few things updating like tv and internet. Positive: Clean, tidy, warm, comfortable and easy access to shops etc nearby. Negative: The tv and internet were an absolute nightmare constantly going off which made the stay very frustrating. When you’ve worked all day and just want to come back have something to eat and watch tv. The tv sometimes wouldn’t come on, other times just went off or lost internet so had to go through everything again to get back on what you where in the middle of watching. Also the cooking equipment was very poor, only 1 saucepan with no handle, no dishes or trays to cook anything in except the big tray but can’t cook everything on same tray. There was barely any cooking utensils with only a slotted spoon as the only item. The cutlery and cups etc were also very much lacking in quantity with only 2 cups and only couple of knifes and forks.

A Good, Basic Clean and Spacious Apartment! Positive: Breakfast was not included. Moseley Village is a nice and well-resourced location. It took a a little while to understand the central heating system in the flat, but it works well. Perhaps a tea pot or coffee pot added to the simple provisions would help, as would a few other cooking utensils. Negative: The addition of tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc would have been a nice surprise.
